About Us

Huddle Up Sports was founded by Jay D'Andrea and Patrick Prisinzano in the summer of 2009. After a combined twenty years of working at after-school centers in Greenwich, they decided to join their mutual love of sports and knowledge of working with children to create Huddle Up Sports. Huddle Up Sports offers various afters classes that teach students basic skills, individual strategy, teamwork, and respect for one another, while maintaining a fun and safe atmosphere.

Patrick Prisinzano has worked at Cos Cob School Children's Center program for the last ten years. He is currently working for the Greenwich Public School system primarily at the elementary level. He holds a dual certification in Elementary & Physical Education.

Jay D'Andrea has worked at Cos Cob School Children's Center program for ten years. He is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in Education. Jay has also been a little league baseball coach and referee for many years. Jay, an enthusiastic athlete, brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the program.
